Art Basel: Miami Beach

For the 2018 edition of Art Basel Miami Beach, Garth Greenan Gallery presents Material Abstraction, a group exhibition of paintings by gallery artists Ralph Humphrey, Howardena Pindell, and Jaune Quick-to-See Smith. Each artist approaches abstraction through an emphasis on material and surface, building up dense, richly worked grounds that resist easy categorization.

Garth Greenan Gallery is pleased to represent Howardena Pindell and Jaune Quick-to-See Smith and the Estate of Ralph Humphrey.
